Over the course of three best selling Higher Octave recordings beginning with 1994´s All Is One, the Berlin based duo Yulara has endeavoured to explore uncharted realms where the higher concerns of the soul fuse effortlessly into the likable grooves and melodies. Keyboardist Robert Matt and flutist/saxophonist Annie Hilsberg´s global minded musical vision blends acid jazz grooves, silky pop-jazz melodies, exotic percussion, voices, and nature sounds from around the world.
